Do you struggle with perfectionism?
Do you ever feel like you're not fully in your body? Like you're just floating through life? Has struggle become your norm?

Attachment has been referred to as the master key from which all forms of pathology are accessed.
When we address attachment trauma in the body,
we create new avenues of healing for other pathologies to follow...
Depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions...
These are signs of trauma attempting to work its way out of the system.
My work is to engage the inherent wisdom of the body allowing trauma to be metabolized, regulation to be restored and new neural networks of wellbeing to be formed.

Transforming old traumas
into new beginnings of expanded wellbeing.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who tend to be highly sensitive and creative.
Unlike traditional coaching or talk therapy I work with a somatic approach connecting with the autonomic nervous system where trauma gets encoded.
Benefits include a greater sense of calm and regulation in the body, greater mental clarity and confidence and improved relationships with Self and others.

"Meg has been phenomenal to work with. The five months I spent in sessions with Meg did more for my wellbeing than years spent with other counselors and therapists. When I started seeing Meg, I was feeling painfully stuck. I knew something was not right and I needed to get deeper than just talking about it, but felt lost on what to do. Meg’s somatic, attachment-based approach was everything I had been looking for. She provided a kind and flexible environment for addressing the root causes of my struggles, while also offering reliable structure and guidance. After working with Meg, I feel so much lighter, brighter, and more tuned in to myself than before. What’s more, I now feel confident in my own ability to address what challenges will inevitably come up through life. What’s so brilliant about working with Meg is that she doesn’t try to tell you what you need; she teaches you how to find out what you need from yourself, so you can carry that forward and far beyond your sessions."
