Meg is a Neuro-Somatic Coach and Counselor of personal healing, growth and transformation. She brings over thirty years experience working with adults and children in education, personal healing and development. Through her unique approach Meg works with the operating systems to clear long standing grief and traumas stored in the body and opening the way for the journey of uncovering and aligning with life purpose.
Meg works with clients from a variety of backgrounds and has specific training and expertise in working with:
- Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs)
- Creative individuals
- Gifted adolescents and adults
- Those who know deep down they are healers and yet due to past traumas, they’ve not yet been able to find their way into the full embodiment of who they are and what they are here to do.
Meg's approach is of particular benefit to clients struggling with existential grief where anxiety and depression become the baseline of one's experience.
Her work draws on training in the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), ICF certified Coach for Life training, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Shamanic and energy studies.
Meg is one of few clinicians trained in the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM) and was the direct understudy to its founder and creator.
Meg served as a founding Director to the SoulSpark Learning Foundation non-profit, supporting the healthy development of our cognitive outliers, highly-sensitive and creative youth.
