Meg is an neurobiological based Somatic Coach and Counselor of personal growth and transformation. She brings over thirty years experience working with children and adults in education, personal growth and development roles. Through her innovative, neurobiological approach Meg has created an integrative modality addressing dysregulation in the nervous system assisting the inherent wisdom of the body to metabolize long standing grief and trauma stored in the body. The result is improved regulation and resiliency transforming old traumas into new beginnings of expanded well-being.
Meg works with clients from a variety of backgrounds and has specific training and expertise in working with:
- Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs)
- Gifted adolescents and adults
- Spirited adolescents and adults
- Blended and adoptive families
Meg's therapy is of particular benefit to clients struggling with existential grief where anxiety and depression become the baseline of one's experience.
Her therapy draws on training in the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), ICF certified Coach for Life training, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Shamanic studies.
Meg is one of few clinicians trained in the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM) and was the direct understudy to its creator.
Meg serves as a founding Director to the SoulSpark Learning Foundation supporting the healthy development of our cognitive outliers, highly-sensitive and creative youth.
